Yoga for toddlers , kindergartens and garden
Toddlers and preschoolers explore body awareness, experiment with balance, and develop gross motor skills. By encouraging the execution of physical movements, the child must work his attention and concentration. Breathing exercises and moments of relaxation are also included.
Attention is focused on learning the parts of the body (shoulders, arms, hands, knees, legs) and French terms.

Yoga for children in elementary school
Yoga in the primary classes meets the needs of the child who is bubbling with ideas and is physically more confident. Through stories and imaginative games, children discover well-being and learn to interact with themselves and their community in a positive way. Classes combine healthy movements, breathing exercises, visualizations, meditations, and moments of mindfulness to help support a child's emotional well-being.
